1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cheque and credit/debit cards
2. How do I open an account with Titan?
To set up an account with us go on to our accounts page and download our Accounts form. Once you have filled in all of the required details simply post or email it back to us.(see contact details) and we will process your account as soon as possible.
3. Delivery and collection
If you have hired or purchased a piece of equipment from us we will contact you to make arrangements for delivery, with you contacting us for collection
4. What happens to damaged items?
Upon receiving a
damaged item you will be charged a fee equal to
the amount of damages acquired throughout all of the hired items. If all of
the items are intact and undamaged you will not
be charged any additional fees.
5. What's the minimum
hire period

is two weeks.
6. Is there a delivery charge, and how much?
Yes there are delivery costs, but will depend on the location and equipment hired.
7. Is there a cleaning charge?
This will depend on the condition of the equipment when its off-hired and returned to us,
